Fees
EigenYields vaults charge two types of fees, both denominated in basis points (BPS).
Management Fee
Section titled “Management Fee”An annual fee charged on the vault’s total assets under management (AUM).
- Expressed in BPS (e.g.,
150= 1.5% per year) - Accrues continuously and is collected during settlement
- Charged regardless of vault performance
Performance Fee
Section titled “Performance Fee”A fee charged on profits generated by the vault.
- Expressed in BPS (e.g.,
1500= 15% of profits) - Only charged when the vault generates positive returns
- Calculated based on NAV increase between settlements
Fee Collection
Section titled “Fee Collection”Both fees are collected during settlement. They are deducted from the vault’s NAV before updating PPS, which means the PPS you see already reflects all fees.
