Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

By accessing or using the EigenYields platform, website, smart contracts, or any associated services (“the Protocol”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

EigenYields is an EigenLayer operator that deploys and manages non-custodial yield vaults on the Ethereum blockchain. The vaults consist of smart contracts that enable users to deposit liquid staking tokens into yield-generating strategies. Vault assets are held in on-chain smart contracts, not by any centralised custodian.

Nothing on the EigenYields website or documentation constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance of any vault does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where use of the Protocol is prohibited
  • You are not subject to any sanctions administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, or any other relevant authority
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms

Use of the Protocol involves significant risks including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Liquidation of leveraged positions
  • Depeg of liquid staking tokens
  • Variable and unpredictable yields
  • Loss of some or all deposited assets
  • Blockchain network congestion or failure

You acknowledge and accept these risks in full. See the Risks page for further detail.

The Protocol is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No guarantee is made regarding uptime, availability, security, or the accuracy of any information presented.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no contributor, developer, or participant in the Protocol shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Protocol.

The EigenYields name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary. The smart contract source code is open source and subject to its respective licence terms.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the EigenYields website.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
